The school is under the umbrella of Christian Missions in Many Lands (CMML). Missionaries at Sakeji are commended from assemblies of Christians who gather to the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ. Sakeji school is run and maintained by the Headmaster and school staff, under the direction of the Sakeji School Board of Governors, which meets regularly to assist and advise the school staff. The Parent Teacher Association (PTA) also meets regularly to discuss matters of concern and interest to parents.
